Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between BAHA AI (the "Company", "we") and any individual or legal entity (the "User") using the BRIX.UZ website, its mobile versions, Telegram bots and related services (the "Service").
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and accept them in full. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the update date.
2. Service Description
BRIX.UZ is a hybrid platform combining a construction materials marketplace and a private classifieds section. The Service is not an online store: there is no online checkout or cart for goods, and deal terms, payment and delivery are arranged individually between the parties.
The Service includes, in particular:
- A catalog of categories, products and supplier offers
- Submitting supply requests (RFQ) and tracking their status via a secure link
- A private classifieds section for posting and searching listings
- Personal cabinets for the buyer, seller and private individual
- Search, a chat assistant and Telegram bots for submitting requests
- Optional paid services (accelerated matching, listing promotion, advertising)
3. Registration and Account
Some features are available without registration (browsing the catalog, submitting a request as a guest). Posting listings, running a seller cabinet and accessing a number of features require registration.
Registration is possible via a Google account, via Telegram, or with an email address and password. By registering, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old and that the data provided is accurate.
The User is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for all actions taken under their account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to the Company immediately.
The Company may suspend or delete an account for violation of these Terms, and may block a bad-faith supplier under post-hoc moderation.
4. Request Handling
After submitting a request, the system assigns it a unique identifier and tracking token. The Company’s sales team processes the request, clarifies details and forwards it to relevant suppliers.
The Company does not guarantee that any request will be accepted by suppliers or that proposed terms will match the User’s expectations. All commercial terms are negotiated individually.
Supplier and buyer contacts are hidden from each other by default. Direct exchange of contacts happens only after explicit consent of the parties and confirmation of the intent to make a deal.
5. Paid Services and Payment
Submitting requests and posting listings (after moderation) are free. In addition, the Company offers paid services, including:
- "Accelerated matching" for a request — priority handling and supplier selection (price shown in the interface, approximately 100,000 UZS)
- Promotion of private listings (highlight, bump, top placement)
- Advertising placements for businesses
Payment for paid services is processed through a third-party payment provider (Rahmat). The Company does not receive or store bank card details — they are handled by the payment provider.
A paid service is deemed rendered from the moment of its activation (e.g., prioritizing a request or starting a listing promotion). Refunds are possible only in cases expressly provided by law, or if the service was not rendered through the Company’s fault. For refund questions, contact us at the details below.
6. Listings and User Content
The private classifieds section lets registered users post listings on their own. All listings undergo prior moderation before publication.
By posting a listing, the User agrees that the contact details they provide (phone number and Telegram username) become publicly available after publication — this is necessary for interested parties to make direct contact.
The User is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content posted and warrants that they hold the rights to the published materials. It is prohibited to post:
- Goods and services whose circulation is restricted or prohibited by law
- False, fraudulent or misleading information
- Materials that infringe third-party rights or contain insults
- Spam, duplicates and content unrelated to the subject of the listing
The Company may reject, hide or remove any listing and block a user if the content violates these Terms or the law. Editing an active listing returns it to re-moderation.
7. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and current data when submitting requests, registering and posting listings
- Not use the Service for illegal purposes or actions infringing third-party rights
- Not attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or related systems
- Not publish false, offensive or misleading information
- Not place excessive load on the infrastructure (automated scraping, mass request submission, etc.)
- Comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan
8. Intellectual Property
All Service materials — texts, images, logos, design, source code — are the intellectual property of BAHA AI or used on a legal basis. Any copying, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
By posting content in the Service (listings, photos, descriptions), the User grants the Company a non-exclusive right to use this content to the extent necessary to operate and promote the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability, technical failures or errors in catalog data.
The Company acts as a platform and coordinator and is not a party to transactions between buyers, suppliers and listing authors. The Company is not liable for product quality, accuracy of listings, delivery times or other obligations of the parties.
The Company is not liable for the operation of third-party services (payment provider, sign-in providers, messengers) or for the consequences of users interacting directly with each other.
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to the Company for paid services over the last three months (if any).
10. Changes and Termination
The Company may unilaterally modify, suspend or terminate the Service (in whole or in part) without prior notice.
The Company may restrict or terminate the User’s access to the Service if these Terms are violated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes are subject to the courts at the Company’s location.
